Longer term therapy offers an opportunity that has a broader and deeper scope, going beyond a specific decision or goal. This approach supports personal and relational growth, healing from trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, and developing sustainable progress by using new skills and tools to continue life changing progress.
